It would be awesome for Agency level users to be able to create custom dashboard alerts / offers for dashboards and choose to show in all or just a few dashboards. These would be great to alert location owners about other services or offers. Would be nice to be able to customize the messages with a call to action, image and a button, perhaps a video could be embedded. A "mark as read" or "don't show again" option would be good as well as a place location owners could review past messages that were "marked as read" or "don't show again" when selected.

If these could be smart, so we could set them to "only show to customers that have not purchased X product yet" as an example so we could target the ads to people that have yet to buy certain products or Saas upgrades.
