Ability to filter Notifications: All, Read, Unread

I use Notifications (alarm bell) a lot, such as in my Workflows. I want to filter which are Unread, but the only view currently available is All Notifications.

Notifications (alarm bell) are all-or-nothing for Mark Read unless you click into each one.
Well, I want to leave most Unread, but I want to clear out the 20 "snapshot loaded" notifications I just got - without having to click 20 times.

It would be nice if there was a page that displayed notification similar to a task list that this could be performed on. You could filter, select multiple, mark as read just like the tasks page except for Notifications
