Standardize CRM Experience

There are many different systems in the CRM now that don't have the same user experience. Please standardize the UI and UX across the app.
Here are some suggestions:
- There are several different folder icons across the app depending what tool you are using, please choose one folder icon.
- Some times the button to "copy" an item is called copy but it's also called "duplicate" and "clone." Please choose one.
- Sometimes when I copy something inside a folder it goes into that folder and sometimes it goes back to the main list outside of the folder, please choose one way to handle this (preferably inside the folder).
- Some lists are sorted by date created and others are alphabetical, please choose one so all lists are sorted the same by default. Please also allow us to choose how lists are sorted and save or choice. This would apply to every list in the app (contacts, funnels, email templates, workflows, etc).

- Menus: In addition, please standardize an item's 'menu options' used throughout the platform. In some cases, you display pencil/paper and trashcan icons, while in other cases/areas you display a 'three-dot' menu. Please standardize.
- Bulk Actions: Also, in some areas like 'custom fields' you allow for bulk actions (to edit, delete, or move to a folder)....but you do not allow this in 'Workflows' - please add.
- Search: You have the ability to search various items, like workflows, tags, custom fields, etc....but do not currently allow searching of Snapshots from the Agency Settings area. Please review other areas that may require searching.....and add the search bar.
