Guys i really prefer the previous UI, ive written support about this a few times, the new ui is very bland, dull, it has hidden features, no colors, looks like an excell sheet and similar to other major coperate crm labels.

And to me i feel its a bit souless. I just prefer the previous version and i think legacy crm UI's should be available or custom css should be provided to be amended in a way were it doesnt affect the clients current css but just restores the legacy UI only.

I see where some people could value a CRM layout like this but i feel theres already allot of options out there that give this glassy apple product imspression and i dont think this layout is conducive for sales teams at all.

Sales teams dont need apple product asthetic, they need productivity and action ques.

The new layout looks like a excell sheet, its very devoid of color, even the CTA buttons have no color, no green, no reds, theres hidden features that require a contact to be selected. The potential of the CRM contacts tab is hidden, leaving that impulsive extra percent sales actions thought pattern to decline, because out of sight out of mind. the previous UI was thought provoking, action handy, sales optimzed. This new UI just removed imo alot of what gave the CRM character and made it sales handy.

I vote to repeal this updated User Interface.
