Prevent contacts from being created from incoming calls

Hi, there should be a way to prevent contacts from being created in our system from incoming calls, this is only for unknown contacts. Is this possible?

Yeah, not every call should be recorded as a contact. Super annoying

Especially if we could do a IF/THEN statement regarding whether they left a voicemail. Calls without a voicemail are 99% likely to be spam.

Agreed.. with the rise of Spam/Junk calls, the sub-account should have the opportunity whether to or not have inbound "unknown" calls be automatically entered as contacts in their account. They can be added as a lead in the opportunity but not have a contact record automatically created for them.
