For the last month we've been unable to add verified caller IDs because of a new feature we had no idea about which is the Voice Calls Inbound Call Defaults in Phone Advanced Settings. these settings CHANGE how forwarding works and have caused major loss of productivity and issues with clients because calls are forwarding to the wrong numbers that are not used by the individuals associated with the numbers not how we set them up. And whats worse we cannot deploy it via snapshot to existing or new accounts.
While we all love new features please, please, please allow us to determine if and how those are rolled out to our clients subaccounts so we can let them know in advance and stop strange things happening they arent aware of.
Please if you can turn OFF all new settings for Inbound Forwarding Calls so they can continue to be forwarded how they were originally configured.
And please allow us to manage these via snapshot.
