I would like there to be a Zoom room open for users who can chat with each other and ask each other questions. This would be an open space for open discussion. There doesn't need to be a moderator or and we don't need to wait in line for 20-30 mins in order to talk to someone. A lot of times, we have questions and we can help each other out.
