We propose to add a feature to integrate multiple email accounts into the CRM and associate them with specific team members. Each employee could then access their emails directly from the CRM, view received messages, and manage customer interactions centrally.
This improvement would facilitate the tracking of exchanges, improve collaboration, and strengthen team efficiency.

100 % we need this feature. Email management is hard in GHL, we need a solution like other CRM's provide zoho, hubspot. Please do this as this is a very important feature.
