It would be great if the GHL would take a step back from re-inventing the wheel, go through all these ideas, consolidate the duplicates, look at the things that we've been asking for for a long time. And provide basic functionality to the end users that can be found in other platforms already so that we can offer an actual incentive for them to come over to GHL without sacrificing basic features they already have in other CRMs/scheduling tools..
