As of now, except for a minimal number of fields that can be searched, information entered by GHL users goes into a "black box" and can never be found through searches. As a result, it is challenging for users to look up past notes, conversations, transcripts from phone calls, etc., and get a quick overall picture of past activities/actions for a contact, company, opportunity, or custom objects. This plainly does not make sense in 2025. All major reputable competitors, such as HubSpot, have had a global search function for years.

Solution: Implement full-text search of every field in every object/module, including custom objects/modules.
