Currently, there is a dedicated emails. If this is setup and someone replies to your email, it seems to come into the CRM, sometimes. This email is then used system wide.
You can connect to Google / Outlook using 2way - this ONLY works for sending emails from the conversations tab it seams, and only for that user.
In both cases, when you go to send an email from conversations, it uses your SYSTEM LOGIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!!!! and masks the above 2. To override this, you have to MANUALLY TYPE THE WORK EMAIL that is already on the system as the default sending domain.
How utterly ridiculous.
Also, if use your dedicated email address as your login email address, you then cannot get access to the system because you cant get your 2 step verification code. Even if you do reset the password through Agency Owner, you still don't get a verification code sent to the conversations tab.
The entire email system within conversations and GHL wide is a mess.
Please build an inbox to stop us having to use 3rd parties, please create better ways of verification into GHL and PLEASE, make the entire system smoother and more sensible.
