I need the ability to trigger actions based on a date field within an OPPORTUNITY. Currently, while I can trigger actions using date fields associated with CONTACTS, I am unable to do so with OPPORTUNITY date fields. Furthermore, when I attempt to select an OPPORTUNITY date field as a condition in the IF ELSE, I notice that the available options differ from those for CONTACT date fields. This functionality is crucial, especially when I have the end date but not the start date of an opportunity. Being able to trigger actions based on the end date and work backwards is essential for my workflows, as I cannot create workflows based on the sequence from the starting point. Therefore, I rely on having the end date as the trigger and comparing it with other dates to execute my workflows effectively.
