I notice that things like date pickers, color pickers, confirm/delete boxes are all labeled differently. When clicking on tabs like "contacts" on the left hand toolbar, it does not take you back to the main contacts screen, I would think this is an expected behavior. Clicking the logo should take you at least back to the dashboard of the CRM. It would be great to save the default view that is not a smart list in the contacts, by customizing columns and size of columns, their sort status, and then being able to save it.

Cleaning up a lot of the unintuitive clicking options and popup fields that are common would be a huge improvement to the UI.
