There should be a customize option available to set the KPI of sales team and record sheet that we can print in the end of each month. this is the great milestone for GHL. right now we are unable to measure the performance of the sale team. we should be able to set KPI for each sale person and then in the day closing the employee will add what he has done as a daily report/daily performance
For example in each month we have KPI as
40 Calls to new opportunities
20 Calls to old opportunities
10 Replies to conversation
X number of New sale
X Number of old cash collection
X number of meetings
Once this customization agency will do then in the day end employee will edit/type their actual performance Infront of each KPI and in the month end we can measure the performance.
Additionally as there are level in communication channels for each person that has no meaning these levels should be as per the KPIs. As these communication channels are the best solution for the internal team chat , communication etc. As GHL is focusing on automation but who is managing all this is human so what is the mechanism to monitor the performance of that human.
