When an email is received from a contact, it would be nice to have the ability to forward that email to my HighLevel workspace and it would map to my contact (or create a new contact).
I had used a different CRM in the past where I was given a special log-email address that when I used in my email platform, I could either add it to the BCC of my response or, if I didn't respond and wanted to keep the email, I'd forward. Both ways using the special email address that was given to my account would authorize it to go into their CRM system and map to the correct contact based on email, or create a new contact if the email could not be matched.
They also made sure that unauthorized emails wouldn't spam my workspace, so I entered the list of email addresses on a settings screen that I wanted to allow to use this function of their system.
