Our clients expect this now since it's everywhere else. The workaround with audio files and links feels so janky when prospects are used to just holding a button.

Our clients constantly ask why they can't send voice messages like they do on WhatsApp. It's become such a normal part of messaging now.

we absolutely need voice notes this is huge. and the ability to facetime through GHL

Yes! Being able to leave voice notes in SMS is key! Plus being able to do it in automations would be really helpful weather that's an MP3 or Wav file or just being able to record it directly into the automation. Right now, I'm gonna have to do a work around with creating audio files in YouTube and sending a link but that's definitely not ideal.

Please implement this, we need it. It makes communication with leads soo much easier

Twillio TwiML Bins already have this feature so this should be a very quick fix for HighLevel to do this. As this is something we use right now were not migrating to LC Phone until this is implemented. So please consider and progress this soon. Nick James
