Twillio TwiML Bins already have this feature so this should be a very quick fix for HighLevel to do this. As this is something we use right now were not migrating to LC Phone until this is implemented. So please consider and progress this soon. Nick James

there is no way to check voicemails on lead connector. and there is no way to ONLY transcribe voicemails. A text would be great, but at a minimum if GHL is going to have a phone on mobile, then people need to be able to check their phone's voicemails without having to go back to the office, log in on a desktop and navigate to call recordings. Extremely clunky right now.

This is precisely why many people have unchecked voicemails that are months old. they are a pain in the butt to remember to check.

Yes a mic button within the app or in the browser that will record spoken audio in the correct format and automatically attach it as a file. This can be used for sending through whatsapp or SMS (which is what I need it for). Future functionality would allow the user to playback the audio before sending.
