Subscription Center - unsubscribe options for subscribers

Many bulk email platforms have a "subscription center" that people are taken to when unsubscribing. It lets the subscriber choose which campaigns to unsubscribe from, or system emails, or all.
Right now it's a very aggressive DND option which leads to a lot of unintentional unsubscribes from things they still wanted such as invoices and appointment alerts etc.

A much needed addition to this would be the ability to make Smart Lists “visible” from the contacts perspective so that they can unselect any Smart Lists they no longer want to be on.
The default visibility for all Smart Lists would be “admin only” until we toggle it to show on the contacts Subscription Preferences section.
That way, a contact can unsubscribe from certain topics whilst still remaining on the general list.

I will add, that GHL is already doing this on their own end... Just ready for it to be standard on all our accounts...

This feature is essential for agencies. Specially when you clients are part of multiple campaigns.

This is really a required element. Use Case - the business owner is a customer and by law I have to send him reminders when his contract is up for auto renewal. However, he doesn't like getting my newsletter so he hits unsubcribe. Right now that creates a DND for ALL communications. So now I'm not able to send him contract renewal emails. Hubspot offered this Subscription Center option where I could have different types of subscriptions and I could Overwrite a DND if it is required by contract to send contract related information. So not just a subscription center but the ability to overwrite the DND on a specific category of emails if it is contract related. Please provide a time estimate for the release.

Jenni Wallace I totally second this! I can't send automations if a client unsubscribes because they simply don't want to be on the newsletter.

Please implement a feature allowing recipients to update their email address and basic information (such as their name or even add their birthday, if applicable) through a Manage Preferences link in our emails. This is a standard feature provided by email marketing platforms like MailChimp and others, making it a widely expected convenience.
Currently, if a recipient wants to change their email address, their only option is to unsubscribe.

Ability to include list to be EXCLUDED from the email

Ability to include list to be EXCLUDED from the emails without having to create a bran new smart list. So example, INCLUDE All Subscribe List but EXCLUDE from that list all those that have received an email in the past 3 days (this could be a separate list) OR those that have signed up for a webinar...

If DND is set by unsubscription, all transactional emails such as reservation confirmations sent from workflows will not be delivered. I faced this issue many times.
Also, the unsubscription page for LC emails needs to be customizable. Many of my clients do not understand English.
I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
