Problem:

Our conversation windows are bogged down by backend opportunities being created by automations (shown in screenshot. Currently we have to reset these filters every time we view a conversation.

Solution:

Please add admin-adjustable account defaults to the filters that toggle things like "opportunity created" and "internal comments" within the conversation window.
