GMail, Intercom, Outlook, etc. allow you to take a message (email, chat, social message, etc.) and snooze it to a future date in your inbox to remind you to follow up on it later while clearing out your inbox from the message that doesn't need responded to today. Would love this capability!

It would be useful if we can undo a message that we just sent within the first 5 seconds or something.
Sometimes we make mistakes and we cannot reverse the sent message. Kind of what gmail does when you sent an email. It gives you some time to cancel it.

Agree. For anyone who has meant to click "Schedule Send" after drafting an SMS message, and accidentally sent an SMS message in the middle of the night instead of during business hours...this idea makes sense.
Just happened to me, and my first thought was, "This guy's going to think I'm a maniac for sending a text message this early in the morning." I need an Undo button!

Totally agree! I'm trying to keep conversations and emails within HL instead of using my Apple iMail inbox or Google Workspace email application.
And I just sent a client an email and realised there was no subject line.

This would be super helpful! Nothing is worse than confusing contacts and realizing the second after the wrong SMS was sent.

This is something that Freshdesk just added as well. They let you set a delay in the settings 5,10,20, or 30 seconds before the email goes out and added an undo button on emails that were sent out manually. I'd love to see this in conversations on GHL.

Yes, I would absolutely LOVE if there was a time delay setting that you can configure before SMS and emails are sent out within Go High Level.

Is this function likely to become a thing? It would be so beneficial to clients managing sales communication and customer service inboxes. It's the functionality that is missing from allow the conversations tab to be properly effective.

I don't think it's sending the message already, it gives you just a little time to undo it before it's sent. Gmail screenshot. Especially if we integrate AI and monitoring the messages

I dont think its possible to unsend an SMS. Its not a HL thing its carrier

Andy Rong, but it could be if they added a delay on manually sent sms messages. other services do this as well. set a 10 second delay before the message gets passed on to the carrier so that users can change their minds if needed.
