It would be super useful if SLA also tracked how quickly a staff member follows up with leads after a form or survey completion, or an appointment booking or cancellation. This is particularly important because some of the main lead sources are forms, surveys, and calendar bookings. Therefore, tracking the response time is extremely valuable.
