Yes, please! This is the only thing holding users back from making this their all-in-one communication platform. It requires them to still use Google Workspace or similar for a domain-based email because otherwise they have to use a personal email for manual sending. Doesn't make sense why manual emails can't be sent from the dedicated LC Email domain!

Ticket# 3705163. Replying to an outbound email from the HighLevel account, Gmail says address unable to receive. When we send emails from our marketing communication system, we expect people to reply, yes? Or am I confused about why HighLevel exists?

The From address should default to the Business Email from Business Profile Settings. It should not use the login credential email which may have nothing to do with that business brand.
