We waste so much time scrolling through conversations looking for specific addresses or keywords. Basic search functionality should have been day one honestly.

Currently the biggest issue. Crews send an image and address verifying it was serviced. When dispute of service comes from customer we can't just search for the address and quickly review the images and time stamps. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. How did you even go live and think this isn't fundamental. The crappiest of VOIP systems out there has this ability.
Clear indication of the gap between Silicone Valley bros developing for the real world.

It is frankly mindboggling that GHL does not have a GLOBAL search function, not just for conversations but for EVERY single field and object, whether they are standard or custom, within GHL. Users CONSTANTLY search for entries they or a team member made. This is an absolute MUST or we will move away from GHL and use something that is actually usable.

It is high time that GHL is implementing a GLOBAL search function across the WHOLE platform. Currently, they allow just 6 (seriously???) searchable fields per object which is ridiculous. One has to wonder how GHL has been built that things like global search that are a no-brainer standard in all other major CRMs apparently creates a major hurdle for GHL...
