Save drafts of a message

When switching from the conversation window to another window (both on mobile and desktop), the message you have drafted out in the chat box is lost. A simple feature that saves what you had typed to a specific contact would be great!

The draft message is also lost when you click Send if the email can't be delivered. That's terrible UI design.
The draft message should be preserved so that you can change the email address and retry sending it.

yes this is so needed. Sometimes I need to type out something and put it in draft like I would in zendesk. That way i can go research and come back. Having the ddraft option is a MUST HAVE

Agreed! Also, if someone else on my team sends a new email it refreshes the conversation window and completely deletes the email I was typing up.

Totally agree. it ridiculous that you can save a simple email. They need to enhance this asap
