Improve UI to have the ability to filter conversations and exclude automated outreach. When I go to interract with clients I have to search or scroll through a lot of contacts who have received emails and SMS even when someone sent me a DM just a few minutes earlier that I would like to respond to.

As a solution I have a SMS sent to my cell for every SMS received so I do not miss any interaciton that may need followup but this is a poor solution for many reasons
