Please add the ability to export conversation data.
We’re offboarding a client, and while we can export contacts and opportunities, there's currently no way to export conversations. Since the data belongs to the client, not being able to provide it creates legal risk for us. This is a basic requirement during handover, and we need a way to export all communication history from the system.
Please treat this as a critical feature and provide a resolution urgently.

I found a way to do this today! Go to your Contacts - then you need to add the column "Conversation History" and then it will appear as a column - then you can export from there! I literally found this today, not even GHL support was aware!
