Let users access any contact and view Notes, Tasks, and Tags, ❌ but restrict access to emails, calls, and voicemails in the Conversations tab.

⚙️ Current Limitations in GHL
Unfortunately, the Conversations tab aggregates all messages, including:
- SMS
- Emails
- Call logs (including voicemails)
- Facebook/IG/Google messages
So if a user can access the Conversations module and a contact, they can see all the communication history tied to that contact—including messages from other users.
There’s currently no native way to:
- Restrict emails or calls while still showing notes and tags (unless user allows)
- Filter visibility inside the Conversations tab by message type or sender
