Internal Chat with blue/green dot marking when there is a new message

There is no way to know when a new internal chat message comes in to me. Only by the notifications, which is a very hidden feature. The Internal Chat icon could be marked with blue/green dot when there is a new message.

I just set up internal notification for myself. I send SMS to my team....i think until blue/green dot marking I will automate a TASK.

Agreed. I don't even think that is good enough. We need banners to pop up with txt notifications Internal and external not just the notification button. Internal chat is so bad we had to pay for another system(slack) to msg each other...

Yeah we miss internal messages all the time. The notification settings are buried and half our team doesn't even know they exist.
