Insert snippets with the "/" command on Conversations.

Just like in WhatsApp and other CRMs, typing and adding the "/" symbol displays all the quick replies. Clicking on templates and then searching for them is a slow process; it's much faster to use a command, type the template name, and it appears immediately.

I wanted to post this in the idea board today too. Thanks for posting it. This is definitely needed, especially as the number of snippets increases.
