Currently, when a user sends an image with a caption through the Messenger/Instagram/WhatsApp integration, GoHighLevel processes them as separate messages — with the caption arriving first, followed by the image(s). This results in difficulties in associating the caption with the corresponding image(s), making it challenging to handle attachments effectively within our automation workflows or webhook payloads.

Suggested Solution:

We propose the inclusion of Meta’s Message Source ID for both the caption and the attachments. This would enable us to reliably link related messages (e.g., captions and images) together, allowing us to associate them properly in automation workflows or webhook responses.
