Ignore internal emails in Conversations

I have 2-way email sync enabled and that's great but the internal emails we send clutter up the Conversations view and I end up manually deleting our internal contacts manually over and over because they get recreated for every email that they send me or that I send to them.
I would like to be able to configure a list of email domains and individual email addresses that should be ignored for Conversations so that my Conversations view only shows leads and customers but not internal communication.

Definitely need this feature soon! Badly cluttering our sales team's discussions with prospects in the system, and I'm getting notifications for every email between team members as well, which is overwhelming my inbox. I'd like to disable notifications but we've missed comms in the past from prospects since nobody had more "global" notifications enabled and they slipped through the cracks.

Had someone ask about this again today, why all of their salespeople emails are coming up as contacts and why they aren’t separated

Pretty easy add, very powerful for experience

Yes, please allow disabling sync for specific contacts AND/OR block internal contacts from being added.

My suggestion: separate your personal and business administration conversations into a different email account than the one you use for customer and prospect facing conversations.
But that may be a temporary work around.

Keith Besherse This is baked into system with "Internal Notifications". Texts and emails send to contacts that are users should be able to be separated and seen differently

Ryan Hartigan, I’m sure we are using the system differently.
I upvoted the suggestion because I agree with the need for the function.

Yes! I was thinking about this the other day.this is functionality that can be found in HubSpot and is awesome! You can tell it to ignore a domain (for internal emails) or even specific addresses (personal emails to family, doctors, lawyers, HR company, etc.)
This would really make a huge difference.
