We're working for local businesses & they are getting quotes from website contact from. but when we are checking the quotes in conversation we only can see the workflows which are done. We need the contact form message to the begging of the conversation starts. So that our clients can understood about the customer needs. Also in Mobile app we are not able to check the form submission details.. Please have help us.
