We recently improved the filtering capabilities (which includes the ability to filter by channel account i.e. phone number, facebook page, instagram page etc). Betty Moala the feature is in labs. please turn on "New filters in conversations" toggle to see the capability.
The specific section from the changelog that talks about this capability is :
Channel Account: Filter conversations based on the specific channel account associated with the most recent message, such as: a specific phone number, connected Facebook page, connected Instagram account. Agencies managing multiple phone numbers or social accounts can focus on conversations associated with a particular number or page instead of navigating through the entire inbox.
