If emails aren't able to be sent due to missing header, then disable the send button!

So many times myself and users have sent an email while forgetting to add a subject line and later on learned that the email was never sent.

This is very bad UX...

Additionally, "reply" to an existing email thread button should be more apparent. Users keep creating new emails instead of replying to existing ones due to the thin arrow being easy to miss.
