We definitely need this in Australia due to compliance and regulatory laws in the finance, credit and legal industries. As an Australian Financial Services License holder you also have to show how each client came to you and the process.

I am trying to find a convenient way to export conversations . Specifically ones that my client has not answered. As a marketing agency we get a lot of people saying they don't get leads. I'd like to prove we send them and they don't answer. In a report if possible.
