Totally agree. Right now we can only delete the conversation but not the contact. If I then open the contact, I can't delete the contact from the contact record itself, only from the smart list. so then I have to go to the smart list, search the contact out and only then can I delete. This is just way too many clicks and time to do a simple step of deleting the contact. I have 10 that came in as spam on social media last night, so the time to delete these 10 contacts is way too much time for a simple task. Thank you!

There are so many times people don't use the unsub link but rather, reply to the email asking to unsubscribe.

Would be great just to delete the contact directly in the Convo Screen rather than having:

i) to remember the contact (not just their name, but their contact deets too, in case of same name contacts, which happens often)

ii) navigate to Contacts

iii) search on the contact name

iv) ensure it's the correct one

v) delete

It's literally a 5-step frustrating process that can be handled with a single button in the Convo screen.

I just had a client of mine request this feature. In conversations on the right hand side just under the name of the contact there are two buttons to call or email. My client has requested there to be a trash can icon to delete the contact.

Either put it there or somewhere else. "it takes too many clicks to do something" Direct words from my client

There's almost NO need to delete a conversation without deleting a contact. Solutions

a) delete convo

b) delete contact

This is such a necessary feature, especially given that it's available in the Lead Connector app.

This also applies to opportunities - the option to delete the contact when deleting the opportunity.
