Conversations Tab Enhancement

There are 3 ways a customer can contact us:
1. Contact Us – which is a tab on my home page (www.slangman.com)
2. Chatbot – on the bottom right of the home page
3. Request – which is a button on every product page.
When someone uses any of these paths to get in touch with us, I want it to appear in the UNREAD filter of Conversations. I keep this open and if I don’t see it there, I miss important messages. Will this be possible?
