Conversation Email Tracking: Open Count + Full Open History

Need native tracking for 1:1 emails sent from Conversations that shows:
Open count: how many times the email was opened
Open history timeline: list of each open event with timestamp (first open, subsequent opens, last open)
Optional: if multiple recipients, show open history per recipient
Current limitation:
Right now GHL only indicates an email was opened at least once, and in some views only shows a single “opened” timestamp. We need the full open history and open count for proper follow-up prioritization. (Other CRM like Pipedrive have this and we found it very useful)
Where it should appear:
Inside the Conversations thread on the message
In the Contact email activity/call history timeline
Optional: in Opportunity activity
Automation support (important):
Merge fields: {{email_open_count}}, {{email_first_opened_at}}, {{email_last_opened_at}}
Triggers: “Conversation Email Opened”, “Re-opened”, “Opened X times”
Include these fields in webhook payloads / API events
