I agree, new staff often thinks they must respond to every communication, it should somehow be separated by owner/assignee

The notifications filter and overall UX really need a full overhaul. Right now, our sales team can’t even use it because there’s too much post-sale chatter with project managers, and there’s no way to filter that out. It would be great to have multi-select options for inbound channel types instead of being limited to just one at a time, and the ability to filter by custom contact fields so the team can exclude post-sale conversations if needed.
