We would love the feature to archive, delete and mark read/unread in conversations!
I’m this instance, we sent a campaign to thousands of customers and we get thousands of “out of office” auto replies, texts that say the same and so forth which makes it hard to know what messages truly need to be answered.
If we could bulk mark them as read or move them to a different follow up folder that’d be great! It shows we have 1,538 unread messages to reply to but the majority are auto replies that we need to follow up with later when they’re back.
Maybe even a “snooze option” too? So we can follow up in 3-7 days and it pops back up in inbox.
