Better UI for Conversations

Right now the UI in conversations is confusing. Here are two improvements that will help us and our clients:
- Make it more clear what channel a message was sent from. The current icons that show the channel are small and not specific.
- Make email threads easier to read and understand. The current system for email threads is clunky and unintuitive.

- I think there should be an option to make seperate lists of the clients according to our preferences so that we can seperate them and hence the scrolling time and other time to fetch data is reduced.
- Moreover, the content of emails inside each conversation should be more visible its really hard to get insights into what that conversation is about, and it requires opening up each thread.

Some additional, very important requests:
1.) My clients need a date for every single email in a thread. There is just a time right now
2.) My clients need that the singe emails in a thread are ordered from the newest to the oldest email in order to avoid demanding scrolling work.

Please allow an option (or by default) to have the email box closed. It takes up so much space and makes it difficult scan through conversations quickly.

Please seperate email into a different tab. It really clogs up the feed/conversation. Example when you send out an email blast of 2000 now all of those emails are at the top of the conversation thread which I don’t need to see. We are not in a current convo. I only want to see webchat, sms, IG/Facebook convo. Emails just need to be A whole seperate thing that we can check. Like a regular email inbox. Thanks

I think that Odoo ERP have the right way to organize all this information in the CRM. You can have the information of the lead/opportunity on one side and on the other side you can choose the way you want to connect with the lead. Then, after you send the message you can see the historical chat no mater the channel you use to connect with the lead.
