When user has the page open but working on another task on a different tab, the "ding" alert will notify them of a new communication and they can respond immediately. An example would be facebook messages. It will "ding" as soon as a new message come in.

I would like to have an option for what notification I want to be alerted on both web and mobile.
Agency admins get everything, like replies of contacts to the assigned users.
It would be nice as well to have tone options.

I'm getting notifications when someone replies via sms from the app, but not when they reply to emails. Sometimes several days go by before I see that someone replied to an email. Please add email notifications to the mobile app.

ATTENTION HIGHLEVEL DEVELOPERS
PLEASE ADD THIS, like, TODAY. The fact that Sub-Accounts aren't notified when they have new lead, new conversation started, new contact added, new purchase or anything AT ALL seems almost NEGLECTFUL.
I can't tell my clients or my own self that they will know when they get new leads on their computer when they pay per lead from a Facebook Ad is awful.
Yall are so good at getting things live, but this seems more important than Consent Check boxes for A2P Registrations.
And this CRM request was 3.5 years ago!

There should be an audible alert for any type of internal notification on desktop. Relying on someone to notice the bell is highlighted is a pain and goes against what GHL pushes as a major selling point - never miss calls or messages etc yet you miss the ones in its own internal notfication system.
