Today, in HighLevel, it should be possible to create a custom field of type percentage (%), with native behavior to store and display percentage values properly.
Why is this important
  • Allows you to store percentages in a standardized way, without relying on a common numerical field
  • Avoid inconsistency in filling in and interpreting amounts such as fee, commission, discount, conversion, or progress
  • Improves usability in automations, dashboards, reports, and objects that work with percentage metrics
  • Reduces the need for manual adaptations or external calculations to handle values in%
Suggested behavior
  • Add a new custom field type: Percentage (%)
  • Allow numeric storage with percentage formatted display
  • Allow use of this field in automations, filters, dashboards, formulas, and objects
  • Allow you to define decimal places when necessary
Use case
A company wants to save values such as conversion rate, commission, discount percentage, percentage of advance or participation in a custom field, visualizing and using this data natively as a percentage within the HighLevel.
