Rather than assigning tasks, we may put something that requires action in an internal comment, tagging the person in. It makes sense to use internal notes if it applies to a specific email/sms/voicemail. "Please respond" or "This is for your team" etc.

It would be great if users could "react" to internal notes instead of adding more internal notes. Even if it is just a "thumbs up" to say that it has been seen and acknowledged.
