Core Platform Similar feature requests, maybe they can be merged together to increases vote total and put this more priority.

Can we please send the contact to a Form to capture their details rather than a Calendar Link or can we somehow ask them for their details and enter the answers in Conversation AI direct into custom fields and also create further follow up action in Workflows

Or even having an option in the workflow builder to "Add To Conversation" with a textarea so that we can type the content and add it as an incoming message in the conversation tab.
