Add additional fields, such as First Name, Last Name, and any other available custom fields, to the contact information section alongside Phone Number and Email.

Add contact information, such as First Name, Last Name, and any other custom field available, to the Conversations module. This will make it easier to access contact details directly from the Conversations module without needing to navigate elsewhere to view the contact’s information.
