it would be extremely helpful to see the to and from info right below each SMS in a conversation without needing to click the three dots > details window to see it.

Plus a reply button on the sms itself that when clicked it automatically sets the from number in the sms compose window to be from the number the sms was sent to.

also, could we somehow separate sms threads by to/from number.

use case:

multiple users having a conversation with a client. On clients end, they are having two separate conversations with two different numbers. On our end in GHL it's all one thread. We have to carefully look to see which number they were replying to and make sure we respond accordingly based on which conversation.

Example:

User 1 Sends SMS from Number A

User 2 Sends SMS from Number B

Client responds to User 1 to Number A

Then client responds to User 2 to Number B

If user 1 replies, they need to check which number the contact texted under the menu > details window to make sure their sending number is set appropriately. If we had a "reply" button on the text itself, we could tap reply and it would auto set the correct from number in the sms compose number making it fast and easy to ensure we are replying from the correct number.

Also, if we could somehow create a thread, maybe like email replies or a filter or something that allows us to see the conversation for each of the sending numbers
