A single conversation thread simply does not work with multiple employees

It is nearly impossible to manage multiple people(employees) and multiple phone numbers with all of it being smashed into one long conversation thread. Can this please be separated somehow so that multiple people(employees) can keep a conversation going with the same person at the same time and not be confused or things lost?

THIS!! I have clients ready to abandon because they can't maintain individual conversations with a contact.
Imagine that Jack and Helen are both have ongoing conversations with Kyle. On Kyle's phone, he's talking with two different people and differentiation is very clear.
In HighLevel, both conversations get merged into one chaos thread that's nearly impossible to sort through.
