Abhishek Kumar exactly. We need to use GHL for health clinics. Many older people, even the elderly, prefer to talk via audio, so as not to read the texts. In other words, they send audios via WhatsApp and expect the secretary or receptionist to also answer by audio.
Currently, GHL's Conversations AI can understand the audios but only answers by text, correct? But competitors have had this feature of answering via audio for a long time, and we're losing it to competitors.
