There is only an option to stop AI messages for 48 hours maximum. We need an option to stop permanently after user sends a manual message.

For the time being you can turn off the bot individually for a contact using the icon present in conversation pane , turn it off permanently

Yes, this is critical, otherwise it looks like we are not doing our job. Once we respond manually- we should either put it to sleep or stop it completely.
