This would allow customers to send reference images of products, for example, and for the bot to be able to see that image, or perhaps when the bot hands it the payment methods and the customer sends the capture, it would be good if the bot can read that image and validate the customer's payment. Or finally, that the bot detects when it is an image and sends it to a workflow to be treated.
